The Farfalla Stretch Method has been created for over a decade by professional decorated rhythmic gymnast and choreographer Iryna Yemengulova. Training thousands of young athletes to achieve their individual goals, the Farfalla Stretch Method has produced Olympians and National Champions in many different disciplines. Farfalla's graduates of all levels will experience improvements in their flexibility and strength necessary to excel in their sport. Highly regarded throughout North America and Europe, students will learn how to safely improve their skills with proper training technique and learn more effectively to stand out among competitors!
At the very core of every lesson stands the student safety. It is scientifically proven that injuries decrease with proper stretching. Therefore, every class begins with a series of total body warm-up and proper techniques to prevent injuries with our wide range of static and dynamic stretching programs most schools don't provide. Targeted flexibility, strength and technique training method that enables students to understand and connect with their bodies enabling movement qualities true proper muscle structure and technique. Throughout detailed explanation approach and equipment usage our students are able to enhance their body knowledge providing an understanding of an athlete anatomy, as well as see impeachable results in flexibility and strength training. Every training session is a combination of full body strength, flexibility and variety of rhythmic gymnastics technique with a focus of a body alignment and connection.
